2018 Registration and Attendee Policies

When will my studio be charged for my event registration fees?

Registration fees will be charged via ACH debit to your studio account based on your date of registration.

Early Bird Registration fees will be charged via ACH debit within 2 weeks after the close of Early Bird Registration.
Standard and On-site registration fees will be charged via ACH debit within 2 weeks after the close of the event.

Is my registration transferrable?

Registration is transferrable up to 10 days prior to the start of the event. With the exception of medical issues and certain special circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, transfers will not be permitted less than 10 days prior to the start of the event.

Can I register on-site?

A limited number of registrations will be available on site, at a slightly higher price than standard registration. On-site registration fees will be charged via ACH debit within 2 weeks after the close of the event.

What if I have to cancel my reservation?

Registrations canceled up to 15 days prior to the start of the event will be fully refundable. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the start of the event will be non-refundable.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks after the close of the event.

Will changes or cancellations be permitted in the case of an employee termination or an employee quitting?

transfers will not be permitted less than 10 days prior to the start of the event; and cancellations will not be permitted less than 15 days prior to the start of the event.

I own more than one studio. Can all of my team’s registrations be changed to one studio license number?

The franchise owner can determine which of his/her studios to charge for individual registrations; however, each registration submitted can only be charged to one studio license number. To charge team member registrations to another studio license number, a separate registration must be submitted.

What if my studio is incorrectly charged?

If your studio is incorrectly charged accounting will make the correction and refund the amount charged within 2 weeks of being notified.

What if I am registered twice?

If an attendee is registered more than once, it is the attendees responsibility to let the corporate office know what studio is the designated studio to pay for their registration fee. Once the change is indicated a refund will be made within 2 weeks of being notified.
